We Offer Pool Rentals and Private Parties

Looking for a way to throw a great party?  Our pool is a wonderful place for a birthday party for your child, or an after-hours party with friends. 

Cost:

During regular hours 

(requires a Pool Membership and scheduling a week in advance for parties larger than 10) 

• 0-10 guests = Regular Guest Fees Apply (notification not required, but appreciated)
• 11-30 guests = $150 per hour 
• 30+ guests = $340 per hour 

Parties outside regular hours (no Membership required, rates do not include lifeguards) 

• 0-65 guests = $210 per hour
• 66-90 guests = $280 per hour
• 90+ guests = $400 per hour
• Lifeguards are $50 per hour for each guard. 1 guard is required for every 15 guests (swimmers and non-swimmers).

Q: Can we bring our own food/beverages/decorations

A: Yes.

Q: Is alcohol allowed?  

A: No.

Q: Can we reserve tables/pool deck space?  

A: Yes.

Q: How do we reserve?  

A: An agreement form and deposit are required.

Q: How do we schedule?  

A: Through the Pool Managers.

Q: How do we pay?  

A: Through the Pool Managers.

Q: Anything needed from the guests?  

A: Yes, signed waiver and conduct forms.

Q: Why do we need guards for guests that are not swimming?  

A: Because all guests within the fenceline need to be under guard supervision for safety purposes.  Our liability insurance requires it.

We offer seasonal rentals to Schools, Swim Teams, Water Polo teams, Triathlon training groups, and private swim clubs. 

These seasonal rentals can be spring, summer, fall, or winter. Please contact our Pool President to discuss. Full-pool rental is available for a fixed hourly rate.
