About the Midlakes Swim League:
We are in Midlakes Division 5, which is made up of the following teams:
- High Woodlands
- Newport Yacht Club
- Woodridge Swim Club
Visit the Midlakes website if you need directions to other pools and BDQ times.
To start your journey to become a Warrior:
Swimmers must submit a current SafeSport certificate (appropriate for their age group) before they can register for Swim Team.
Because all families are expected to volunteer, at least one parent must also complete the Parent SafeSport training—ideally the parent who will be volunteering. Midlakes requires all parent volunteers to be SafeSport certified.
PLEASE TAKE A SCREENSHOT OF THE CERTIFICATES OF COMPLETION OR ATTACH THE PDF OF THE CERTIFICATE IN AN EMAIL TO swimteam@woodridgeswimclub.org. Once we receive your email, we will send you the link for Swim Team registration.
Detailed instructions on how to register for the Safesport training can be found in the section below. It takes about 15 minutes to complete.
Following SafeSport guidelines means the Woodridge Swim Club is committed to building a sport community where participants can work and learn together free of emotional, physical and sexual abuse and misconduct. Read more on the SafeSport website.
