Midlakes Open Diving Clinics are open to any experience level and are a great opportunity to learn how to dive for those new to the sport. Open Dive Clinics are open to Midlakes members. (Open Clinics are separate and different from WSC Dive Team).
Pricing:
$25 per child, open to 2026 Midlakes members only

3:00-3:45 & 3:45-4:30
Session Details:
45 minutes per session
Max of 10 divers per group
Ages 5-17
Open to athletes who have not previously participated on a Midlakes dive team
Must be able to swim the width of the pool

We also offer a competition-level Dive Team. If you feel confident in your dive skills, join our Woodridge Dive Team!
To sign up for open clinics, divers should be able to jump off the diving board and swim back to the pool wall.
