About the Midlakes Swim League:
We are in Midlakes Division 5, which is made up of the following teams:
- High Woodlands
- Newport Yacht Club
- Woodridge Swim Club
Visit the Midlakes website if you need directions to other pools and BDQ times.
Swimmers will not be allowed to Register for Swim Team until they send a current Safesport Certificate with the correct Course depending on Swimmer's age.
Since parent volunteering is an expectation for all families, we will also need at least one parent to complete the Parent Training (ideally the parent that will be volunteering). Midlakes requires ALL Parent volunteers to have Safesport certification.
PLEASE TAKE A SCREENSHOT OF THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OR ATTACH THE PDF OF THE CERTIFICATE IN AN EMAIL TO wrswimteamcoordinators@gmail.com in order to receive the link for swim team registration.
Our swim league, Midlakes, requires Safesport training for all coaches, swimmers and volunteers. Details and all instructions to register for this FREE training can be found in the section below. You should plan on watching the 15 minute training video with your swimmer and completing your own parent/volunteer training video as well.
Following SafeSport guidelines means the Woodridge Swim Club is committed to building a sport community where participants can work and learn together free of emotional, physical and sexual abuse and misconduct. Read more on the SafeSport website.
